GUV પછી યહોવાએ હિઝિક્યાને કહ્યું, ‘આ તારા માટે આ ચિન્હ છે. આ વરસે તમે આપમેળે ઊગી નીકળેલા દાણા ખાશો, અને બીજે વરસે એના દાણાંમાંથી પાકેલું અનાજ ખાશો, અને ત્રીજે વર્ષે તમે વાવજો અને લણજો, દ્રાક્ષની વાડીઓ કરજો અને તેનાં ફળ ખાજો.
KJV And this [shall be] a sign unto thee, Ye shall eat this year such things as grow of themselves, and in the second year that which springeth of the same; and in the third year sow ye, and reap, and plant vineyards, and eat the fruits thereof.
YLT And this to thee [is] the sign, Food of the year [is] the spontaneous growth, And in the second year the self-produced, And in the third year sow ye, and reap, And plant vineyards, and eat their fruits.

ERVEN Then the Lord said, "I will give you a sign to show that these words are true. You were not able to plant seeds this year, so next year you will eat grain that grows wild from the previous year's crop. But in the third year, you will eat grain from seeds that you planted. You will harvest your crops and have plenty to eat. You will plant grapevines and eat their fruit. You will plant vineyards and eat the grapes from them.
